Cars with low CO2 emissions registered before the 1st of April 2017 benefit from cheap, and sometimes even free, road fund licence. Here you'll find a selection of cars available at Richard Nash Cars which qualify for low or free annual road fund licence.
Applies to vehicles registered on or after the 1st of March 2001 and before 1st of April 2017.

Road tax is not the only thing to think about if you're looking for the lowest running cost. You should also consider the fuel economy, insurance group and finance deal.
Fuel Economy
Look for cars with higher miles per gallon. You can find this information under the 'Efficiency' tab on a vehicle listing. You can even estimate your fuel costs (based on the manufacturer's figures).
Insurance cost
Look for cars with a low insurance group and you could save yourself a lot of unnecessary expense.
