Q | Who are Richard Nash Cars?

A | Richard Nash Cars Limited is a privately owned family business.

Q | How long has your business been established?

A | We opened our first location in Taverham in 1987 and have been trading in Norwich continuously since.

Q | Where do you get your cars from?

A | Our cars come from various sources. A lot of the cars we sell have been our own cars from brand new. Others are part-exchanges from local customers. We also have a full time buyer who sources stock from quality trade sources.

Q | What checks do you do on your cars?

A | All vehicles are HPI checked for outstanding finance, and to make sure they are not accident damage or stolen. They also go through the workshop and are checked for any mechanical defects, tyre condition and system functions. Any defects are rectified prior to delivery.

Q | Do you carry out your own servicing and repair work?

A | Yes we do, we have 7 fully qualified service staff in our busy workshop in Norwich.

Q | How many people do you employ?

A | Our total number of employees for Richard Nash Cars including Managers, Sales, Service, Admin and preparation is 40.

Q | Do you hold any franchises?

A | No, we are independent car dealers and therefore our priorities are to the customer and not to a manufacturer.

Q | How many cars do you stock?

A | Our stock levels are constantly changing but we have up to 300 vehicles in group stock available for sale.

Q | How many branches do you have

A | We have two branches in Norwich of which one is also a service center. Please see our Location page for full details and maps.

Q | Do you buy cars?

A | Yes, if you are looking to just sell your car we are happy to appraise it and give you the best price we can. If you have outstanding finance on the vehicle then we can also help you deal with this.

Q | What warranty do you give?

A | Our cars come with a minimum 12 month guarantee or the balance of the manufacturer's warranty if this is longer.
