Carol Auto Trader 16/04/2024 A really good sales experience. Buying a new car is a big commitment, so we drove from Cambridge to Norwich after finally finding the car we wanted. The staff were really friendly, and didn't pressure us to buy any extras that we didn't want. They explained everything thoroughly, and did the paperwork efficiently and ensured that they had checked everything, and that we were happy with it. All bog-standard stuff, but they are just really really nice people and so professional, They went above and beyond to make this experience seamless. The staff at the Rouen Road City branch have always been there for us at short notice and are always put themselves out to accommodate us before we set off on long trips to check the car over and top up any fluids as part of there after sales service. We always buy knowing we will have years of trouble free motoring. When looking to change cars, as I often do, we always get the best deal as part exchange because we look after our cars as Richard Nash look after us.
